Are you looking for a completely natural getaway far from the bustle of daily life? If so, then you should be heading for Burgundy. Our Camping de Saulieu campsite is nestled in the heart of Morvan Regional Nature Park, also known as ‘Little French Canada’. The location is an ideal place to relax amidst lakes and forests, just breathe deeply and take in the enormous feeling of freedom! And if you have an adventurous spirit, then try out the best hiking trails or test yourself with a treetop activity! Morvan is also a favourite spot for people who love mountain biking and water activities.
Some of our nature campsites are on the banks of the Loire, the last wild river in Europe. The Camping de Nevers and Camping de l’île campsites all have something in common, they give you the chance to follow this majestic river during a canoe trip or by bike, as you travel along the famous ‘Loire à Vélo’ cycling route. Fishing enthusiasts will also be delighted by the catches in these waters!
We can recommend following Burgundy’s Route des Grands Crus to Santenay. Make the most of your holiday to pass through or visit the best vineyards during a bike trip. This is the ideal occasion to treat yourself to a glass of wine in a traditional village, or directly at our Camping in Santenay during a visit from one of our local partners (wine growers, producers, etc).
Saône-et-Loire is a very green region that is full of tradition. Travel about on the Green Ways, where winegrowing landscapes combine with the historical and spiritual heritage. The activities available at our campsites will enable you to reconnect with nature and find new wellbeing... Camping de Bourbon-Lancy is a good location for a family holiday close to the thermal resort and ‘PAL’ wildlife and amusement park. Camping de Matour is a real haven of peace beside the pond with many activities, while the numerous remains at Camping d'Autun will take you back to Gallo-Roman times!
