INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SERVICES AND FACILITIES

Are your campsites accessible for people with reduced mobility?

All our campsites are able to welcome people with reduced mobility in the camping pitches and common areas. Camping Bourbon-Lancy, Camping de la Bageasse and Camping Matour also have suitably equipped chalets.

Do Aquadis Loisirs campsites have kids clubs?

Most of our campsites have a kids club once or twice a week in July and August. You will find information on the page of the appropriate campsite. The activities are planned for children from 4 to 12 years old.

What entertainment do the campsites offer?

The entertainment on offer varies according to the campsite and not all campsites provide it. Entertainment is only organised in July and August. Campsite entertainment and activities are free. The activities available in partnership with the campsite are not included in the price. You can find more information about these by contacting the campsite by telephone or email.

Are barbecues permitted?

Barbecues are permitted in all our campsites, except Camping du Pont d’Avignon (unless they are electric barbecues). But be careful, ‘open fires’ are not permitted.

Can I park my vehicle next to my accommodation?

A parking space is available next to your accommodation. Every campsite closes its entrance barrier in the evening. You will therefore have to park outside the campsite between 22:00 and 07:00.

Is Wi-Fi available in the campsites?

Some of our campsites provide a Wi-Fi connection throughout the campsite, for a fee. However, all the campsites have free Wi-Fi access at reception.

Do your rentals have a TV?

To find out which rentals in our campsites are equipped with a TV, just go to the page of the appropriate campsite to consult this information under the ‘ACCOMMODATION’ heading.

Are the rentals heated?

All our rentals have electric heating, except equipped tents, canvas lodges of the Camping de Matour and ecopods of the Bourbon-Lancy campsite. Electricity costs are billed based on the metre readings in the low season and are paid at the time of departure (except in July and August and for the mini chalets).

Are animals accepted?

Animals are accepted free of charge in all our campsites. They must be toilet-trained and kept on a lead.

Do you provide ‘baby kits’?

We lend baby equipment on request. To guarantee the availability, you must make a specific request at the time of booking.

Will my rental have all the necessary equipment?

All rentals have the necessary kitchen and cleaning equipment. For more information, please contact the campsite.

Will the linen be provided in my rental?

In all our accommodation, we offer sheet rental at a rate of €8 per single bed and €10 per double bed, as well as towel rental at a rate of €5 per kit.

Am I responsible for the household cleaning in my rental?

Yes, all rentals must be left in their original clean state, otherwise a cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.

From which date can I book my holiday for next season?
Our rates for the next season are available each year from September. You can consult our rates at this time by simulating a booking on our website and taking advantage our ‘Early Booking’ offer if you reserve your stay before the end of February.

How can I see the availabilities?

Do I have to book my stay on a camping pitch?

Yes. We always recommend booking your camping pitch, so we can know the exact nature of your equipment and welcome you in the best conditions.

How can I stay up the date with the latest news about Aquadis Loisirs?

Aquadis Loisirs and all its campsites are on Facebook and Instagram. You can also subscribe to our newsletter by completing the form on our website.

We are under 18 years old and would like to stay in a campsite, is this possible?

If you are underage, you are accepted on the condition you can all provide parental authorisation and a copy of your parents’ identity papers. All underage holidaymakers must be at least 16 years old. Underage people are under the supervision and responsibility of the accompanying adults.

How can I book my stay?

You can book your stay by contacting the campsite directly by email or telephone. Our Reservation Centre is also available on +33 3.86.37.95.83. We will instruct you on how to finalise the booking.

The quickest and simplest way is to book on our website, where you will be asked for a 30% deposit (to book a camping pitch OR a rental for one week’s minimum stay) or the total price of your stay (for less than 7 nights, or if you are arriving less than 30 days following your reservation).

If you book by postal mail, your booking contract must be completed and signed, with your method of payment made out to Aquadis Loisirs, then sent to the address of the campsite indicated on the contract.

What are the conditions of payment?

When you book a camping pitch, we will ask for a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be settled when you arrive at the campsite. When you book accommodation for less than 7 nights, you must settle the total cost of your stay at the time of booking. We ask for a 30% deposit for one week’s minimum booking, with the cost to be settled at the latest 30 days prior to your arrival. If you have booked online, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to settle the price of your stay. All stays in accommodation must be settled in full 30 days prior to the arrival date, under penalty of the stay being cancelled.

Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

Following an online booking, you will receive automatic confirmation once we have checked the availability and accepted your booking. Please keep this carefully as you will not receive any further confirmation from us. If you make an email or telephone reservation with a booking contract, we will send your confirmation by email or postal mail according to the communicated information, as soon as we receive your contract and payment.

We would like to be placed side by side, is this possible?

You can add a comment if you book online. Simply state your request, making sure you mention the name of the family in question. You must, of course, state the actual name in which the booking was made. If you book by postal mail or email, just state the name on the contract in the ‘special requests’ section. We will make every effort to satisfy your request, depending on our availabilities.

How much are the booking costs?

There are no booking costs for stays of less than 7 nights. For 7 nights or more, the costs are €10 for a camping pitch booking and €20 for a rental booking.

Can I book my holiday with VACAF?

All our campsites are affiliated partners of VACAF. These bookings are subject to a budget request to the CAF. You must therefore contact the campsite by email or telephone and indicate your CAF registration number. We do not recommend booking online, as this will mean you may pay an unnecessarily high deposit.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by banker’s card, Paypal, holiday voucher, cheque, cash or bank transfer.

How does the Aquadis Family loyalty program work ?

By spending a pleasant vacation with us, you accumulate points, which become loyalty discounts:
• 150 pts = €5 discount
• 300 pts = €10 discount
• 500 pts = €15 discount
• 1000 pts = €30 discount
• 1500 pts = €50 discount
And that’s not all… As you come back every year, we pamper you with little touches. Thus, our campers who reach “loyal” and “ambassador” status benefit from little surprises during their stays.

From what time can I arrive at the campsite?

You can arrive from 14:00 if you have booked a camping pitch and from 15:00 if you have booked a rental. It is a good idea to state an approximate arrival time if possible. In the event of a late arrival, it is essential that the campsite reception is informed of this in advance in order to establish a meeting time. No late registration is possible without the campsite management’s prior agreement.

What documents are required on arrival at the campsite?

On arrival, you will be asked for proof of your booking; this may be the order confirmation following your reservation on our website, or your booking contract, or your confirmation email sent by the campsite or the Reservation Centre.

What time do I have to vacate my pitch or rental?

Camping pitches must be vacated before 12:00 and rentals before 10:00.

What is the amount of security deposit I must give on arrival?

If you have booked a rental, you will be asked for a deposit of €250 (€100 for cleaning and €150 for the equipment), in the form of a cheque or a bank card authorisation hold. This deposit is compulsory before you can be given access to the rental. Your account will not be debited for this amount unless we find property damage or if the rental is not left in the same clean state as on your arrival.

Can I modify my stay?

Any request to change your stay must be approved by the campsite or the Reservation Centre. Please make your request by email or telephone and indicate the change you wish to make (number of people, dates of stay, type of accommodation, etc).

How can I cancel my stay?

At the time of booking, you can purchase a cancellation guarantee at the price of €25 per accommodation and per stay. This is an optional guarantee and it is no longer valid in the 30 days preceding your arrival. In the event of a cancellation, you must contact the campsite or the Reservation Centre as soon as possible by telephone, then confirm by postal mail or email (this is compulsory). Cancellations will only be taken into account after receipt of your written confirmation. We will respond to your request according to whether or not you have taken out a cancellation guarantee, the reason for cancellation and the amount already paid. You can consult the general sales conditions on our website or on the reverse of our booking contracts for this information.

It is currently possible to subscribe to the Serenity option.

I am not fully satisfied with my stay; how can I make a claim?
